The Impero Associate Elite Program (IAEP) is an intensive 3, 6, 9 or 12-months elite on-the-job program for potential Software, Database Developers and Product Designers. IAEP identifies, prepares and equips top talent with the tech skills required to solve global challenges and the experiential learning that fosters employability.
The program modules include experiences in real-life tech dev projects, Leadership and Business Management.

Foundational Knowledge Building. You get - Core Training, QMS principles and Exposure to Enterprise and Start Up Eco System Projects.
IAEP 6 months programs(Intermediate Associate)
Implementational Knowledge Building. You get - Core Training, QMS Principles, Project Management and Design Patterns.
IAEP 9 months programs(Professional Associate)
Professional Knowledge Building. You get - Core Training, QMS Principles, Project Management, Design Patterns, Microservice Architechure and Exposure to Enterprise and Start Up Eco System Projects.
IAEP 12 months programs(Elite Associate)
Enterprise Knowledge Building. You get - Core Training, QMS Principles, Project Management, Design Patterns, Microservice Architechure, GRPC Communications, Exposure to Enterprise and Start Up Eco System Projects and Microsoft Certifications with exception to Product Design UI/UX.
